    Career-ready training

    You’ll develop practical, employer-relevant skills in therapeutic procedures, patient mobility, and clinical support under the supervision of a Physical Therapist. Through hands-on labs and supervised clinical experiences, you’ll graduate prepared to step into outpatient clinics, hospitals, rehabilitation facilities, and other physical therapy environments with confidence.

    A Career as a Physical Therapist Assistant 

    As a Physical Therapist Assistant, you play a vital role in helping patients of all ages restore mobility, strength, and independence after injury, illness, or surgery. Working under the supervision of a Physical Therapist, PTAs deliver hands-on care through therapeutic exercise, functional training, manual techniques, and physical modalities, while supporting fitness and wellness initiatives that help prevent future mobility loss. Typical employers include outpatient physical therapy clinics, hospitals, physician offices, and long-term care facilities. According to the BLS, Physical Therapist Assistants earn a mean annual wage of $57,990, with earning potential varying by location, experience, and employer. The BLS also reports that overall employment of physical therapist assistants and aides is projected to grow 16 percent from 2024 to 2034, much faster than the average for all occupations.  With strong demand and the opportunity to make a daily impact on patients’ lives, PTA offers a stable and purpose-driven healthcare career path.
