A Student Persistence Specialist (SPS) is a key member of the Provo College Student Services team focused on helping students maintain momentum and confidence throughout their program. By closely tracking academic progress and student engagement, Student Persistence Specialists step in early, build meaningful connections, and guide students to the resources they need to stay on course and move forward.

  • Personalized check-ins: Regular outreach through calls, texts, Microsoft Teams, and in-person meetings provide consistent support and encouragement.

Wellness Coaches focus on practical solutions and meaningful connections to resources, so students feel supported throughout their educational journey.

The Registrar’s Office at Provo College manages the essential academic details that keep students moving forward. By overseeing course registration, academic records, transfer credits, and graduation documentation, the Registrar helps ensure each student’s academic journey is clearly documented, properly supported, and aligned with program requirements.
